Join us for the 9th Annual Fox Lake Tri. 1/2 mile lake swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. USAT Sanctioned. Same Lakefront park but only better.  Shortened swim (750 yards), Addl' lifeguards, great swag, come and see for yourself. Relay and individuals welcomed.

Get ready for your upcoming triathlon or swim race season with these clinics. Four dates at the Crystal Lake Main Beach. Expert instruction by Jennifer Harrison Triathlon Coaching and Gemma Hollis, Push, Glick, Kick swim instructor.

Three Oaks Recreation Area in Crystal Lake is the site of this race. 1 or 2 mile swim OR combine it with a run for the Sprint .5 mile swim and 3.1 mile run or Olympic 1 mile swim and 6.2 mile run.

Join the research for the cure for ALS. This swim offers opportunities to swim and raise funds for vital research. Distances are: 750 meters, 1500 meters, 1.2 miles, 2.4 miles and 5K. Thank you for all he swimmers who supported this event. We'll continue to seek curing this ugly disease.
